User manual:

To open, cut the nozzle at a 45° angle to the desired bead size and pierce the inner foil seal
All surfaces should be clean and free of dirt, grease, oil and old sealants. For gaps greater than 1.27 cm use a support rod
Insert the cartridge into the gun
Begin sealing, pushing the bead in front of the nozzle
After 30 Minutes Rain/Shower Ready - Can be exposed to water in just 30 minutes based on 3/16" spacing at 70°F (21°C) and 50% humidity. Otherwise, wait 24 hours
Cleaning: Wipe the wet sealant from the project immediately with a dry cloth. Isopropyl alcohol can be used according to the manufacturer's instructions
Store in a cool, dry place with a nozzle attached. To reuse the product, remove the nozzle and clean the cured sealant from the tip
