Very high quality stem. Made of forged and welded aluminum extension with forged face plate. S.U.L. (stiff upper lip) technology features and interlocking groove that removes torsional loads from the clamp bolts. Less flexing means more positive control and longer component life. Includes matching top cap and laser etched graphics.
